Financially, they have experienced unprecedented growth and profit of the last few years. They are striving toward reaching their goals by making necessary changes to underwriting guidelines, taking a more active role in the reinsurance contract, increasing new business and cutting operation expenses. The Manager wrote, “We take pride in our accomplishments, knowing that such stability will serve our policyholders well.” Their board is diverse and every board member has been enrolled in the FMDC (Farm Mutual Director Certification) program with NAMIC; Several already have earned their designation and the balance are on their way. “This has increased the board involvement drastically!
